I'm Halla.

Twelve years coaching. NSCA-CSCS certified. I built this practice because the strength industry sells either generic apps or six-figure VIP packages. There was nothing in between for adults who want a real coach but don't need a sports performance team.

My clients are mostly people in their forties and fifties — software engineers, surgeons, parents — who want to lift heavier next year than this year, and to keep doing it for the next thirty.

Common questions.

Do I need a gym?

Yes. Most clients use a commercial gym or a well-equipped home garage. I'll consult on equipment if you're setting up.

What if I miss a session?

Programming flexes around real life. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are free. Within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.

What's included in the 12-week block?
+

Three sessions per week, weekly written check-in, video form review on every session, programming adjustments week over week.
